Job Description |
- Deploy infrastructure, integrate other systems and TV360 system
- Optimize infrastructure and TV360 service quality - Coordinate with TV360 development team to deploy operations related to Metfone. - Analyze data and reports of TV360 service - Declare operations according to business requirements: Declare new package policies; declare blocking and canceling, upgrade Setop box firmware, deploy new features. |

Requirement Details |
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, systems integration, or network infrastructure deployment. - Strong ability to analyze data and generate reports related to service performance and quality. - Experience working collaboratively with development teams to implement and support operational initiatives. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely completion. - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze issues and propose effective solutions. - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential operational challenges. |
