       Imuzik is a service that gives you an opportunity to change your default tune (tut tut…) with more pleasant or funny tone. The callers will hear that song while waiting for the phone to be picked up.

1. Service Fee

  • Daily Package: 1 Cent/day
  • Weekly Package: 10 Cents/7 days
  • Monthly Package: 30cents/30 days
  • Calling Fee: 1.5 Cents/min

 

2. How to register

  1. By SMS
    • Daily Package: Send ON3 send to 1513
    • Weekly Package: Send ON2 send to 1513
    • Monthly Package: Send ON send to 1513
  2. By USSD
    • Daily Package: Dial *1513*3# (10 cents/7 day)
    • Weekly Package: Dial *1513*2# (10 cents/7 days)
    • Monthly Package: Dial to *1513*1# (30 cents/30 days)
    • Download Song: Dial *1513*song code#
  3. By IVR
    • Normal package: Call to 1513 and press 1 for Khmer, press 2 for English
    • Press 1: To register daily package (1 cents/day)
    • Press 2: To register weekly package (10 cents/week)
    • Press 3: To register monthly package (30 cents/month)

 

3. How to Cancel

  1. By SMS
    • Send OFF to 1513
  2. By USSD
    • Dial *1513*0#

 

4. How to use

  • Subscriber dial 1513 listen and follow instruction then press * for download song
  • To request information of songs
    • Type NAME [Song Name] and send to 1513
    • Type CODE [Song code] and send to 1513
  • Set default of the song
    • Type DEF [Song code] and send to 1513
  • To request information of song’s default
    • Type DEFAULT and send to 1513
  • To request information about TOP and New Songs
    • Type TOP sends to 1513
    • Type NEW sends to 1513
  • To share Imuzik service to your friend/family
    • Type SHARE [total of month] [recipient’s number] to 1513
  • To remove CRBT from Setting (Not show in default tone)
    • Type DEL [Song code] and send to 1513
    • Delete the song from the album
    • Type DELETE [Song code] and send to 1513
  • To pause or reactivate Imuzik
    • Type PAUSE to 1513 to stop using for a period
    • Type ACT to 1513 to start using service again

 

5. Current Policy

  • This service is available for all actives Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers 
  • The charges will be deducted from basic balance only
  • This service is auto renewed.
