Internal Control Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement detailed assessment and control activities including: Compliance, operational,  financial, IT, ... 
2. Assess upon request from specialized departments, units and branches of the Company, upon request of the BODs of the Company and upon proposal of other units
3. Propose solutions for existing problems and monitor and urge the remediation and prevention after assessment
4. Train and communicate on internal control for departments  and branches of the Company

Ideal candidate should have/be:

1. Professional skills:
- Basic understanding of risk management, compliance with regulations and data analysis;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication skills, teamwork and ability to work independently.
2. Technology skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
3. Soft skills: Logical thinking, careful, meticulous and able to withstand work pressure.
