Risk Management Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Risk identification and analysis:
- Collect and analyze relevant data and information to identify risks that may affect business operations;
- Participate in risk analysis and assessment.
2. Risk monitoring and reporting: Monitor potential risks and update risk status.
3. Support in compliance with legal regulations: Participate in internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance and propose solutions;
4. Risk training and awareness raising:
- Support the organization of training programs and seminars to raise awareness of risk management for employees in the Company;
- Participate in internal communication and propaganda activities to raise awareness of risk management.

Ideal candidate should have/be:

1. Professional skills:
- Basic understanding of risk management, compliance with regulations and data analysis;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication skills, teamwork and ability to work independently.
2. Technology skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
3. Soft skills: Logical thinking, careful, meticulous and able to withstand work pressure.
